The Certified First Responder Counselor (CFRC) credential remains the primary path into the directory — it signals the first responder-specific training and cultural competence the responders we serve are looking for. We also recognize that there are experienced clinicians and wellness providers who are deeply committed to this population, and we're building a way to welcome them in.
