Serita Backstrand

Serita is a psychologist licensed in Oregon and Washington. She holds an M.A. and a Psy.D. in clinical psychology. She has experience evaluating and treating a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma exposure, and general life stressors or interpersonal problems. She has a particular interest in working with responders, and regularly provides consultation and support (e.g., CISD) to multiple LE agencies. She currently practices at Harden Psychological Associates, which is a well-known and respected practice focused primarily on serving public safety agencies, responders, and their families. She has also completed a citizen's academy and several ride-alongs and dispatcher sit-alongs.
