Kelly Baez

Kelly Baez, PhD, LPC is a trauma therapist and Certified First Responder Counselor with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She specializes in trauma and has spent the majority of her career working with people who carry things most people will never see — and who rarely ask for help.

Kelly's approach is direct, steady, and grounded in science. She doesn't tell clients what to do — she works alongside them as a thought partner, translating what research says about trauma and the nervous system into something that actually makes sense for their life and their history. She is solution-focused, affirming, and non-judgmental. There is nothing a first responder could bring into a session that would surprise her.

Individual therapy is conducted via telehealth for adults in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. Kelly also provides on-site critical incident response for departments and agencies.
