I am a retired police officer who is now a CFRC therapist and substance use disorder counselor. I tailor my techniques to each client's specific needs. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, adjustment disorder, depression, anxiety, and substance use. I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and other techniques tailored to the client's needs and preferences. I enjoy getting to know clients and tailoring treatment specially for them, then seeing their growth.
