Christina is a Registered Psychotherapist and Kinesiologist, with over 20 years of experience in the health, fitness, and wellness industry. As a former Hospital ER employee, Christina has had first hand experience witnessing and working with all types of responders facing stressful and traumatic events. She is available to offer support as she strives to help empower individuals to overcome trauma, challenges, and other obstacles.
