Anjali Smith

Anjali provides a warm, supportive environment that fosters personal growth, resilience, and mindful awareness using a person-centered approach. As the spouse of a first responder, she has both personal and professional insight into the unique stressors faced by first responders and their families including trauma exposure, shift work, and the challenges of staying connected at home. She is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma and is dedicated to helping clients heal, strengthen relationships, and build healthier behavioral patterns. Anjali works collaboratively with individuals and families to support meaningful, sustainable change.
