I have worked with trauma and first responders for over 10 years. Many of my clients need help with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, alcohol abuse, stress management, anger management, and relationship issues. My goal is to maximize your time in sessions and give you a space where you are seen, heard, and understood, but also to challenge you to move forward and work as hard on yourself as you do out there in the field. Together we will assess your strengths and identify patterns of behavior you desire to change and maximize what you want out of life.
