I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) serving clients through NEO Counseling in Mentor, Ohio. I accept most major insurance plans, as well as self-pay and HSA payments, to help make therapy accessible and convenient.

As an EMDR-trained therapist and Certified First Responder Counselor, I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-injurious behaviors, and suicidal ideation. I also understand that reaching out for support can be difficult and believe that every person deserves a space where they feel safe, supported, and understood.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and authenticity. I utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions while recognizing that each client's journey is unique. I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients can explore challenges, build on their strengths, and work toward meaningful growth and healing at their own pace.
