Marcia has been a licensed counselor for over 20 years and has worked with a diverse clientele in the realm of mental health, addiction, criminal justice, and employee assistance counseling. Marcia uses practices from a multitude of treatment modalities when working with individuals, couples, and families, including EMDR, CBT, and IFS. Through a supportive and collaborative approach, she has helped thousands of clients deepen their understanding of their "stuck points", learn tools to successfully navigate their challenges, and help them recover from trauma. Marcia has extensive experience working with first responder and military families as well as providing individual and group support following critical incidents.
