Trained in trauma and crisis intervention, I provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals who are motivated to achieve personal and interpersonal wellness. I have a deep passion for helping those who have experienced abuse and trauma to heal from both their known and unknown pain. I can help with improving a couple’s ability to communicate and connect; managing anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues, individual unresolved challenges that are impacting the marriage; navigate PTSD related to combat, sexual abuse, assault, or accidents; addressing adolescent challenges; coping with grief and loss; moving through divorce; improving parenting effectiveness; and adapting to life transitions. I believe that regardless of age, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender, or nationality, everyone deserves the opportunity to shape their own future and live their healthiest, most fulfilling life.
