Julie serves first responders via telehealth in Colorado, Indiana, Michigan and Texas. She helps individuals manage anxiety, depression, relationships, trauma, grief/loss, vocational stress and adjustment concerns. She strives to help the first responder community navigate the stresses and demands of the field as they build resilience and balance in their lives.
