Geoff Nugent is trained in approaches for working with adolescents, couples, families, and individuals through issues including depression, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem, and relationships. He has been trained in CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, social cognition, bully prevention, and other evidenced-based approaches. Geoff was a Supervisor of Behavioral and Mental Health for a local school district where he supported Marriage Family Therapist Interns (MFTi's), Associate Social Workers (ASW), and Professional Clinical Counselors Interns (PCCI) in counseling general education students. He has also worked with a Mobile Crisis team doing county-wide suicide assessments for children and adolescents in crisis. He is the owner, creator, lead therapist, and provider of neurofeedback therapy at Nugent Family Counseling Center Inc.
