Dana Greco, LCSW is a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in systems theory, which means treating the relationship that connects each of us. She believes that when the patient is struggling, those around him or her also struggle and are directly affected. Dana is a graduate of Fordham University and the Ackerman Institute for Families and Couples. She is also a certified divorce mediator, specializing in keeping families out of court and treating the family's transition. Dana is a clinician on the Mental Health professional panel of the Appellate court as a forensic evaluator for families during custody battles and other family disputes. In addition to her private practice in Long Island and Manhattan, she is a Certified First Responder Counselor, serving a population of men and women whose lives depend on protecting its citizens. She is the co-author of Conscious Coupling: Positive insights for Long-Lasting Relationships shared by two divorce mediators, and author of Please Don't Buy Me Ice Cream. Dana presents her work to professionals throughout the New York area.
