Cassandra has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. She is experienced in working with children, youth, military, and First Responders. Cassandra uses an eclectic approach to counseling as well as utilizes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to aid in assisting clients with working through traumas and other life stressors and events. Cassandra also provides annual check-ins to First Responders as well is Critical Incident Debriefing.
